Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. apparently my phone arrived at the post office on the 01.02.2024.
i got notice to go and fetch it on the 16th of Feb.. i then fetched it on a Saturday the 17th

Saya ada membuat pos register pada 06.02.2024 dekat Pos Malaysia Tmn Perling (Jalan Simbang, 320, Johor Bahru, Malaysia). Tujuan saya emel ingin memberitahu bahawa dokumen yang saya hantar didapati penerima tak terima selepas check dengan salah satu staff pada 26.03.2024
Masalahnya sekiranya dokumen tak terima mereka sepatutya hantar dekat kami tapi padahal kami pun tak terima surat itu dan tak tahu pergi ke mana.
Minta puan/tuan memeriksa balik dan pulangkan dokumen itu secepat mungkin. Dengan ini saya menyertakan nombor rujukan tracking.

Resolved: Lost Parcel
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had conversation with poslaju's chatbox and positively, a customer service representative reverted to me very quickly and my parcel finally moved from the branch it was 'lost' in. She was very helpful and provided proactive solutions as well, kudos to poslaju team!
